At White Spirit, we are committed to providing you with a smooth, fast, and secure shopping experience.

Below is a detailed overview of our shipping policy:

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within up to 3 business days from the moment payment is approved.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • Within Israel – Home delivery by courier within 3–8 business days after processing is completed.

  • Within the USA – Delivery times vary depending on the service areas and timelines of the courier companies.

  • Total delivery time for products in stock:

    • Up to 11 business days within Israel.

    • For the USA – according to coordination with the courier company.

  • Delays may occur due to external circumstances (such as weather conditions, strikes, holiday peak seasons, or customs delays).

In-Stock Items / Made-to-Order Items

  • If the item is in stock, it will be shipped according to the regular delivery times above.

  • If the item is made to order, the estimated production time is 1–2 weeks.

  • We make every effort to update the customer if there is any change in estimated delivery times.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout on the Website.

  • The Company reserves the right to update shipping rates from time to time.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered for orders above a certain amount or during limited-time campaigns.

Foreign Currency Charges & International Taxes

  • All payments on the Website are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

  • Any NIS conversion shown on the Website is for illustration purposes only – actual billing is in USD.

  • The customer’s credit card company performs the actual currency conversion and may charge a conversion fee.

  • For shipments outside Israel, additional import taxes / customs duties / local handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Changing Shipping Details

  • After an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed directly on the Website.

  • To request an update, please email 📧 whitespiritshop@gmail.com before the order is dispatched to the courier.

  • If the parcel has already been handed over to the courier, the address cannot be changed and an additional fee may be charged for reshipping.

Non-Delivery / Return to Sender

  • If the courier is unable to deliver the order due to lack of response, incorrect address, or unavailability, the parcel may be returned to sender.

  • Reshipping will only be carried out after coordination and payment of an additional shipping fee.

Self Pickup

  • At this time, self pickup is not available.
