Returns & Exchanges Policy – White Spirit

At White Spirit, we are committed to uncompromising quality and fair, transparent service.  
This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds for all orders placed through our website worldwide.

1) Right of Cancellation & Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To initiate a return, you must contact us in writing at: whitespiritshop@gmail.com, including your full name and order number.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2) Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unused, unworn, and in original condition  
• Returned in original packaging, including all tags and accessories  

White Spirit reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3) Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4) Cancellation Fee

For returns not related to a defect or error, White Spirit reserves the right to apply a cancellation/restocking fee of up to 5% of the transaction value.

5) Sale Items / Final Sale

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless defective or incorrect.

For discounted or promotional items, White Spirit may offer store credit or exchange only, at its sole discretion.

6) Return Shipping

For returns not caused by a defect or an error on our part:

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs  
• The customer is responsible for the item until it is received by us  

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. White Spirit is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

7) Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery  
• Your request must include clear photos and a brief explanation  

If confirmed:

• We will cover all return shipping costs  
• You may choose between a full refund or a replacement  

8) Bank Fees, Currency Exchange & Refund Differences

All transactions are processed in the store’s base currency.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method and in the original transaction currency.

White Spirit is not responsible for any differences between the amount paid and the amount refunded due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Currency exchange rate fluctuations  
• Bank or credit card conversion rates  
• Payment provider fees  
• International transaction fees or commissions  

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The refunded amount may be lower than the original amount paid  
• Any such differences are solely the responsibility of the customer  
• These differences are not refundable by White Spirit under any circumstances  

9) Return Process

Include:

• Order number  
• Full name  
• Reason for return  
• Photos (if applicable)  

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

10) Return Address

The return address will be provided after your request is approved and may vary depending on your location.

Returns are accepted via courier or mail only.  
In-person returns are not available.
